Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Mahatma Gandhi

What is your favorite park or conservation area?

I love visiting World’s End in Hingham, MA. It is a beautiful Trustees of Reservations park designed by Frederick Law Olmstead. The trails are well managed, the whole park is surrounded by water, and there are fabulous views of the Boston skyline.

What is your favorite city?

Boston of course! Boston is so easy to walk around to experience the cultures and wonderful restaurants. I particularly enjoy strolling along the Boston Harborwalk; while watching the boats and planes, you can actually walk from Charlestown to the JFK Museum in Dorchester.

Dublin is second to Boston, having lived there in the 90s, it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Do you donate time to a community organization you find particularly meaningful?

The Charles River Center is an organization that empowers and supports individuals with developmental disabilities. I have supported the Charles River Center since I was in high school.

Vacation time, Torrey Pines – San Diego, CA

Perfect day off

Spending the day visiting different places or biking/hiking with friends, and ending the day with a big family dinner sitting around a fire.

Recent book

I recently enjoyed “The Briar Club” by Kate Quinn. It is a historical novel about a group of women in the 1950s living in a Washington D.C. boardinghouse.

Favorite song

“Forever Young” by Bob Dylan – it reminds me of my son and daughter and my hope for their future.
